Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of LibravelUI, the product and documentation experience for developer-facing UI components and related resources, operated by Libravelabs. These terms apply to visitors, users, contributors, and anyone who accesses the public website, documentation, open-source components, or premium resources made available through the project.

Acceptance of Terms

By using LibravelUI, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms that may apply to specific components, premium resources, or project features. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Description of Service

LibravelUI includes a developer-oriented product experience featuring UI components, documentation, and related assets intended to help developers build digital products. The project may also offer premium resources or paid access in addition to its free and open-source offerings.

Open Source License

The free and open-source components provided through LibravelUI are intended to be used under the MIT License unless otherwise stated in the relevant repository or package documentation.

Premium resources, if made available, are separate from the open-source components and may be subject to their own commercial license terms. The presence of open-source code does not transfer ownership of premium assets or remove the restrictions that apply to paid resources.

Premium Products

If Libravelabs offers premium resources, access may be granted through a paid purchase, subscription, or other commercial arrangement. Such access does not transfer ownership of the assets to the buyer. All rights remain with Libravelabs unless a separate license agreement says otherwise.

Users are expected to comply with the applicable license, usage restrictions, and any terms included with a premium purchase.

Commercial Usage

Unless a specific premium license says otherwise, users may generally use the open-source components to build websites, web applications, SaaS products, and client projects. Commercial use is permitted for the open-source components where the applicable license permits it.

Commercial use of premium resources remains subject to the specific terms attached to those resources.

Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute premium assets as standalone products.
Resell or sublicense premium resources in a way that circumvents the applicable license.
Create competing template or component libraries from paid assets.
Remove attribution or ownership notices where required by the applicable license or purchase terms.

You may also not misrepresent the origin of any material or present premium assets as if they were your own work when they are not.

Payments

If you purchase or subscribe to premium resources, any payment, billing, and renewal process will be governed by the payment method and terms provided by the operator or the platform used to process the transaction. Libravelabs will use reasonable care to provide access as described, but the specific billing terms may vary by offering.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and any legal requirements that apply to the transaction. In general, digital products and subscriptions may be non-refundable unless a refund policy is expressly stated for a specific offering or required by law.

Intellectual Property

LibravelUI and the materials made available through the project, including documentation, design assets, and premium resources where applicable, remain the property of Libravelabs unless a separate license or notice states otherwise. User-created projects built with the components remain the user’s property, subject to the applicable license terms for the components used.

Third-party Services

The project may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, or payment processing where such services are configured by Libravelabs. The specific providers may vary by deployment and are not assumed in these terms. If a provider is used, it will be disclosed in the relevant public documentation or deployment notices.

LibravelUI and its related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Libravelabs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of defects, errors, or security issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libravelabs and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
